{"id":84550,"date":"2018-03-10T00:08:51","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:08:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/la-dorada-sparus-aurata-como-sistema-de-expresion-de-adn-exogeno\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:08:51","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:08:51","slug":"la-dorada-sparus-aurata-como-sistema-de-expresion-de-adn-exogeno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-tierra-y-del-espacio\/la-dorada-sparus-aurata-como-sistema-de-expresion-de-adn-exogeno\/","title":{"rendered":"La dorada (sparus aurata) como sistema de expresion de adn exogeno"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Garcia Pozo Sonia Gema <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dada la importancia econ\u00f3mica de la dorada as\u00ed como los avances en manipulaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica logrados en otras especies de peces, tanto modelo como comerciales, el objetivo global de este trabajo consiste en analizar la respuesta de esta especie marina a la introducci\u00f3n de adn ex\u00f3geno, para en una etapa posterior utilizar la t\u00e9cnica de la transgenia en la mejora de esta especie.  de los resultados obtenidos y la posterior discusi\u00f3n proponemos la microinyecci\u00f3n frente a la electroporaci\u00f3n como m\u00e9todo m\u00e1s adecuado para introducir adn en embriones de dorada en condiciones de fecundaci\u00f3n natural. Por otro lado, el destino de los cuatro tipos de pl\u00e1smidos inyectados fue simila en todos ellos, en cuanto a configuraci\u00f3n y persistencia; y el inicio de la expresi\u00f3n ocuri\u00f3 alrededor de las 7-8 horas de desarrollo marcando la fase de transici\u00f3n de media bl\u00e1stula. En cuanto a las secuencias reguladoras se demostr\u00f3 una potencia similar entre promotores de origen v\u00edrico y el promotor de origen psic\u00edcola y respecto a los genes marcadores se confirm\u00f3 la mayor sensibilidad del cat, la importancia del lazz como marcador espacial, y la validez de la gfp como marcador in vivo.  por tanto este trabajo demuestra la utilidad de la dorada
