Dichas ecuaciones rigen la evoluci\u00f3n de las funciones de distribuci\u00f3n de electrones y huecos en modelos cin\u00e9ticos semicl\u00e1sicos de simiconductores. El modelo consiste en un sistema de dos ecuacioens de transporte (tipo vlasov) con t\u00e9rminos integrales de colisi\u00f3n (operador de colisi\u00f3n de boltzmann para semiconductores), acopladas con la ecuaci\u00f3n de poisson para el campo el\u00e9ctrico.  en la primera parte de la tesisi (capitulo 2 al 5) se detallan simulaciones num\u00e9ricas correspondientes a dispositivos heterog\u00e9neos (formados con varios materiales distintos) considerando los dos tipos de portadores de carga (electrones y huecos) y otras correspondientes a dispositivos con s\u00f3lo un material y un tipo de portadores de carga. Los esquemas num\u00e9ricos propuestos para la resoluci\u00f3n del sistema en consideraci\u00f3n usan m\u00e9todos de part\u00edculas ponerados ( de tipo determinista).  la segunda parte de las tesis aborda el problema del comportamiento para tiempos largos de las soluciones de estos sitemas.  se considera s\u00f3lo la ecuaci\u00f3nd e vlasov-pisson-boltzaman para la funci\u00f3n de distribuci\u00f3n de los electrones, suprimiendo el acoplamiento con la funci\u00f3n de distribuci\u00f3n de los huecos. En el caso de dimensi\u00f3n espacial 1, la doctoranda prueba que para tiempos largos la soluci\u00f3n del problema de evoluci\u00f3n tiende a una soluci\u00f3n estacionaria
