Sin embargo, la teor\u00eda de hfb viola varias simetr\u00edas, entre ellas, la de la conservaci\u00f3n del numero de part\u00edculas. es precisamente esta ruptura de simetr\u00eda la que permite al modelo hfb incluir correlaciones entre nucleones que no son tenidas en cuenta en la aproximaci\u00f3n hf. Resulta por tanto, que la funci\u00f3n de onda que describe el n\u00facleo en el modelo hfb no es un autoestado del operador n. Para recuperar esta simetria perdida es necesario proyectar la funci\u00f3n de onda sobre el subespacio generado por todas las funciones de onda autoestados del operador n con autovalor a. El resultado de tal proyecci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 la funci\u00f3n de onda que describe al sistema nuclear con a nucleones.  en este trabajo se ha llevado a cabo por primera vez una restauraci\u00f3n exacta de la simetr\u00eda del n\u00famero de particulas en teorias hfb con una fuerza efectiva de alcance finito y dependiente de la densidad.
