La modificaci\u00f3n propuesta se basa en la introducci\u00f3n de un hal\u00f3geno sobre la deshidropiridina con objeto de controlar la regioselectividad de la cicloadici\u00f3n. Los mejores resultados se han obtenido con la 2-cloro-3,4-dideshidropiridina. Utilizando este dien\u00f3filo se obtienen una regioselectividad de 2,4 a 1 a favor del regiois\u00f3mero deseado y un 88% de rendimiento global. Con esta modificaci\u00f3n se mejora el rendimiento de la s\u00edntesis de gribble de la elipticina por un factor de 3.  en la segunda parte se desarrolla  un nuevo m\u00e9todo de sintesis de lamellarinas, basado en una cicloadici\u00f3n 1,3-dipolar de una nitrona de naturaleza bencilisoquinol\u00ednica a un arilacetileno. La oxazolina formada da lugar por reordenamiento a la unidad pirr\u00f3lica central de las lamellarinas. Utilizando esta estrategia se ha llevado a cabo la s\u00edntesis total de dos compuestos antitumorales, las lamellarinas i y k.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
