{"id":84684,"date":"2018-03-10T00:08:59","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:08:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-de-los-aspectos-psicologicos-determinantes-de-la-adaptacion-al-trabajo-nocturno\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:08:59","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:08:59","slug":"estudio-de-los-aspectos-psicologicos-determinantes-de-la-adaptacion-al-trabajo-nocturno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/psicologia\/estudio-de-los-aspectos-psicologicos-determinantes-de-la-adaptacion-al-trabajo-nocturno\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio de los aspectos psicol\u00f3gicos determinantes de la adaptaci\u00f3n al trabajo nocturno"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Eva Mar\u00eda Diaz Ramiro <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo nocturno ocasiona importantes trastornos en los sujetos que llevan a cabo este tipo de rutinas laborales al mismo tiempo que provoa disminuciones en su estado de alerta, generando un mayor n\u00famero de errores. muchas investigaciones se centran en identificar las variables que modulan los ritmos circaidanos de los sujetos, encontrando que existe un amplio n\u00famero de variables que permiten establecer diferencias en la tolerancia de los sujetos a las consecuencias negativas generadas por el trabajo nocturno.  el problema se centra en que, la mayor parte de estos estuidos analizan esa capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n a partir de par\u00e1metros fisiol\u00f3gicos, de dif\u00edcil aplicaci\u00f3n y utilidad en el \u00e1mbito laboral.  el objetivo fundamentral de esta investigaci\u00f3n consiste en identificar aquellas variables psicol\u00f3gicas que permitan descriminar y establecer diferenciass en la adaptabilidad de los sujetos al turno nocturno, definiendo la adaptabilidad en funci\u00f3nde par\u00e1metros laborales: satisfacci\u00f3nlaboral, estr\u00e9s y rendimiento de los sujetos.  en general, los resultados indican que existe una serie de par\u00e1metros de orden piscol\u00f3gico y conductual, referidos al entorno laboral de los trabajadores, que permiten clasificar a los sujetos en funci\u00f3n de su capacidad para trabajar en un sistema de turno nocturno.
