Las dificultades de interpretaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo de la respuesta electro\u00f3ptica producida por la excitaci\u00f3n con haces de electrones, han supuesto un handicap para la implantaci\u00f3n de estas t\u00e9cnicas a un nivel que implique mayor compenetraci\u00f3n con los centros de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo y con la fiabilidad de los dispositivos en la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n.  exploramos el potencial de las t\u00e9cnicas ebic y cl en el an\u00e1lisis de la degradaci\u00f3n de dispositivos optoelectr\u00f3nicos y fotovoltaicos sometidos en operaci\u00f3n a ambientes de irradiaci\u00f3n extrema, lo que introduce especificaciones de tolerancia a la radiaci\u00f3n. El primer an\u00e1lisis se refiere a la degradaci\u00f3n inducida por neutrones en l\u00e1seres de m\u00faltiples pozos cu\u00e1nticos de ingaasp\/inp (1310 nm) suministrados por gec marconi defence systems. \u00e9Stos han sido propuestos como l\u00e1seres para un sistema de transferencia \u00f3ptica de la se\u00f1al anal\u00f3gica ubicado en el colisonador lhc, proyectado en el laboratorio europeo de investigaci\u00f3n nuclear. A partir de la discusi\u00f3n de los resultados, se rpedice el desplazamiento de la corriente umbral durante los diez a\u00f1os de operaci\u00f3n del lhc.  en siguientes apartados, se establece la tolerancia a la radiaci\u00f3n de diferentes prototipos de c\u00e9lulas solares para examinar su fiabilidad en aplicaciones espaciales. En la memoria de tesis doctoral se han ensayado dos tecnolog\u00edas emergentes, a saber, las c\u00e9lulas solares de base inpsobre substratos de silicio, de polaridad n+-p, producidas por rti. A partir del an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo de los datos suministrados por las t\u00e9cnicas ebic y cl, entre otras, se propone un mecanismo de degradaci\u00f3n de estas<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
