El enlace es horizontal y est\u00e1 por encima de la capa de inversi\u00f3n termica.  se pretendia evaluar las caracteristicas de la atmosfera de aquel lugar y su idoneidad para establecer una estaci\u00f3n optica terrestre de la esa.  se emplearon los modelos actualmente disponibles de caracterizaci\u00f3n de la constante de estructura de la atm\u00f3sfera para interpretar el conjunto de los resultados obtendos. Se logr\u00f3 un ajuste m\u00e1s que aceptable de los diferentes par\u00e1metros en consonancia con los experimentos.  con el modelo anal\u00edtico ajustado de la constante de estructura del indice de refracci\u00f3n de la atmosfera se evaluaron posibles enlaces, ascendente y descendente, de diferentes \u00e1ngulos de elevaci\u00f3n.  por \u00faltimo se ha desarrollado un m\u00e9todo num\u00e9rico de simulaci\u00f3n de la perturbaci\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica de gran interes y con el que se han realizado experimentos num\u00e9ricos de acuerdo con el modelo de la constante de estructura del
