Victoria <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Durante cada ciclo ov\u00e1rico, las c\u00e9lulas granulosa proliferan, se diferencian y finalmente mueren por apoptosis. Una glucoprote\u00edna de origen hipofisario, la fsh (hormona fol\u00edculos estimulante), regula de forma principal la expresi\u00f3n o represi\u00f3n en la c\u00e9lula granulosa de prote\u00ednas espec\u00edficas que acompa\u00f1an a cada uno de estos procesos. El receptor de fsh, de siete dominios transmembranales, est\u00e1 acoplado a la generaci\u00f3n de ampc. De acuerdo con esta \u00faltima observaci\u00f3n, la expresi\u00f3n de la mayor\u00eda de las prote\u00ednas de las que dependen la proliferaci\u00f3n, diferenciaci\u00f3n y posiblemente la apoptosis de las c\u00e9lulas granulosa est\u00e1 en alguna media regulada por el crb, el factor de transcripci\u00f3n activado por la prote\u00edna quinasa dependiente de ampc (pka).  despu\u00e9s de ser fosforilado, el creb forma d\u00edmeros que se unen a un elemento de respuesta espec\u00edfico (cre: elemento de respuesta a ampc) en el promotor de los genes cuya transcripci\u00f3n activa.
