Pilar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El g\u00e9nero chrysosporium corda (hifomicete) comprende aproximadamente 60 especies, mayoritariamente cosmopolitas, ge\u00f3filas, queratinof\u00edlicas, mes\u00f3filas y sapr\u00f3fitas. Algunas especies son pat\u00f3genas oportunistas produciendo infecciones sist\u00e9micas y localizadas en el hombre y los animales. La taxonom\u00eda del g\u00e9nero chrysosporium est\u00e1 basada fundamentalmente en criterios morfol\u00f3gicos y fisiol\u00f3gicos (carmichael, 1962; dominik, 1967; oorshot, 1980 chabasse, 1988 sigler et al.,1997).  los objetivos establecidos en la presente tesis son los siguientes, investigar y determinar las posibles relaciones filogen\u00e9ticas existentes entre chrysosporium spp. Y entre \u00e9stas y otros g\u00e9neros morfol\u00f3gicamente relacionados, determinar las conexiones existentes entre chrysosporium spp. Y sus posibles telemorfos y evaluar los criterios m\u00e1s \u00fatiles para caracterizar taxon\u00f3micamente al g\u00e9nero chrysosporium.  la aportaci\u00f3n de est\u00e1 tesis al conocimiento del g\u00e9nero chrysosporium basada en los objetivos anteriormente formulados es la siguiente.  la incidencia del g\u00e9nero chrysosporium en los sendimentos fluviales del litoral catal\u00e1n es muy elevada (95,8%), siendo las especies que se describen como pat\u00f3nenas oportunistas las que se presentan con mayor incidencia.  se describen cinco nuevas especies, se propone la sinonimizaci\u00f3n de cuatro y se establece la conexi\u00f3n anamorfo-teleomorfo en dos. Adem\u00e1s, se propone la transferencia de tres especies de chrysosporium a otros g\u00e9neros y tambi\u00e9n la exclusi\u00f3n de una especie del g\u00e9nero uncinocarpues. Todas estas propuestas est\u00e1n basadas en estudios morfol\u00f3gicos, fisiol\u00f3gicos y moleculares.  la filogenia obtenida del an\u00e1lisis de la regi\u00f3n its1-5 8s-its2 revela que el g\u00e9nero chrysosporium es claramente polifil\u00e9tico.
