Por otra parte, hemos analizado el subespacio de funciones cuya serie de fourier-neumann converge en media. Esencialmente, este subespacio esta constituido por las funciones cuya transformada de hankel esta soportada en el intervalo [0,1].  para estudiar este problema hemos utilizado diversos operadores y la intima relacion existente entre el sistema de fourier-neumann y el sistema ortonormal de polinomios de jacobi. Ademas, hemos aplicado estas series a la resolucion, en espacios de lebesgue, de las ecuaciones integrales dobles de tipo tichmarsh.  algunos otros temas que tambien se abordan en esta memoria son la
