Ademas, la glicina juega un papel fundamental en la neurotransmisi\u00f3n excitadora, ya que es coagonista, junto con el glutamato, de los receptores nmda. La acci\u00f3n sin\u00e1ptica de la glicina es terminada mediante su recaptura por transportadores situados en la neurona presin\u00e1ptica o en las c\u00e9lulas de gl\u00eda adyacentes. en este estudio, hemos demostrado que existen se\u00f1ales derivadas de las neuronas que modulan la expresi\u00f3n de uno de estos transportadores de glicina,glyt1, en las c\u00e9lulas gliales. Tambi\u00e9n se ha demostrado que el transportador neuronal glyt2 es responsable del fenotipo glicin\u00e9rgico de las neuronas que lo expresan. a continuaci\u00f3n hemos realizado un an\u00e1lisis de las secuencias que detrminan la localizaci\u00f3n subcelular de estos transportadores, y utilizando modelos experimentales de celulas mdck y neuronas en cultivo, hemos identificado diferentes se\u00f1ales que dirigen el tr\u00e1fico intracelular de estos transportadores. finalmente, identificamos una nueva proteina que interacciona con ellos, pkci2.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
