Pilar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El proto-oncog\u00e9n spi-1 es un factor de trasnceipci\u00f3nperteneciente a la familia ets. En nuestro trabajo nos planteamos estudiar el papel de spi-1 en la proliferaci\u00f3n, diferenciaci\u00f3n y respuesta a interfer\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas mieloides. Para ello elegimos el modelo de la l\u00ednea celular k562, procedente de unpaciente conleucemia mieloide cr\u00f3nica lmc. Esta l\u00ednea puede ser inducida a diferenciaci\u00f3n eritroide, mielo-manoc\u00edtica y megacarioc\u00edtica para tratamiento con diferentes agentes,d e modo que nos permiti\u00f3 estudiar la regulaci\u00f3nde spi-1 durante la diferenciaci\u00f3n. Por otro lado el tratamiento de las c\u00e9lulas k562 con los interferones a, b y y induce parada proliferativa de las c\u00e9lulas sininducci\u00f3nde diferenciaci\u00f3n, lo que nos perimit\u00f3 estudiar el papel de spi-1 durante procesos proliferativos. Analizamos adem\u00e1s la expresi\u00f3nde spi-1 en muestras procedentes de pacientes con lmc en fase cr\u00f3nica y en crisis bl\u00e1stica. Para estudiar de una forma m\u00e1s directa el papel de spi-1 en proliferaci\u00f3n y diferenciaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas mieloides, obtuvimos transfechantes estables de spi-1 en las k562.  las conlucisones de este trabajo son que spi-1 parece estar implicado en procesos antiproliferativos de c\u00e9lulas mieloides, y que su sobreexpresi\u00f3n ect\u00f3pica predispone a las c\u00e9lulas k562 hacia la diferenciaci\u00f3n mielo-manoc\u00edtica mientras que inhibe su diferenciaci\u00f3n eritroide.
