Si los alimentos son empacados al vac\u00edo la migraci\u00f3n se presenta tanto en alimentos secos como en alimentos h\u00famedos.  la migraci\u00f3n de bpa desde un pl\u00e1stico de pvc en simulantes de alimentos, aumenta significativamente con la temperatura y con aplicaci\u00f3n de presi\u00f3n o vac\u00edo. La presencia de una segunda fase l\u00edquida en el simulante agar al 3% (p\/v), hace que la migraci\u00f3n de bpa desde el pl\u00e1stico se modifique.  se identificaron y cuantificaron cinco picos de oligomeros de tereftalato en tiempos de retenci\u00f3n de 8.0(m1), 13.6(m2), 18.4(m3), 20.3(m4) y 22.8(m5) min, siendo el pico de 18.4 min el m\u00e1s abundante. Una diferencia sistem\u00e1tica de 17 entre el valor de m\/z observado y el te\u00f3rico indica que estos olig\u00f3meros existen en forma c\u00edclica. Sin embargo el an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo de la migraci\u00f3n por hplc seguida de la extracci\u00f3n en acetonitrilo muestra que en ninguno de los casos analizados la migraci\u00f3n global excede los
