La administraci\u00f3n de una dosis \u00fanica de rh-g-csf de 1 g\/2h post-ict ( irradiaci\u00f3n corporal total) de 700 cgy es capaza de rescatar hasta una reconstituci\u00f3n hematopoy\u00e9tica completa un 80% de los animales. Dosis de 0,25 caraci\u00f3 de efecto.Dosis de 0,5 y 2 \/g fueron menos radioprotectoras. Cuando el rh-g-csf se administra 24 h y 2 h pre-ict el efecto radioprotector es menor. Administrado 24 h post-ict carece de efecto radioprotector.  a dosis de0,25; 0,5; 1 y 2 g\/g en dosis \u00fanica post-ict ni el rm-gm-csf ni la rm-il-3 protegen de la muerte post-irradiaci\u00f3n.  ratones balb\/c inoculados con leucemia murina lstra pueden ser curados de leucemia tras ser sometidos a una ict letal y rescatados cong-csf dependiendo de la concentraci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas leuc\u00e9micas inyectadas. Ratones inoculados con 10 elevado a 4 no son curados.  la inmunoterapia combinando rh-il-2 a dosis bajas (4.000 ui\/rat\u00f3n\/d\u00eda desde el dia +1 a +28) m\u00e1s rm-gm-csf ( 1\/kg\/d\u00eda desde d\u00eda +7 a +28) post-ict m\u00e1s rescate con rh-g-csf aumenta el rango de curabilidad hasta rartones inoculados con 10 elevado a 4 y un 40% de ratones inoculados con 10 elevado a 5.
