Deheidel Mahmoud <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La presente memoria de tesis doctoral, aborda el problema del an\u00e1lisis de residuos de palguicidas en diferentes matrices tales como: aguas (naturales, potables, de mar y residuales), productos hortofrut\u00edcolas (pepinos, jud\u00edas verdes, lechugas, etc.) Y, en determinados casos como es el del plaguicida warfarina, en gluidos biol\u00f3gicos, mediants fosforescencia a temperatura ambiente y en fase s\u00f3lida. Para ello se ha utilizado como soportes s\u00f3lidos papel cromatogr\u00e1fico de diverso tipo y un sensor qu\u00edmico de un solo uso de respuesta fosforescente. Formado por una l\u00e1mina de poliester sobre la que existe una zxona sensora formada por cloruro de polivinilo (pvc) plastificado con tributifosfato (tbp).  los plaguicidad (tiabendazol, carbaril, morestan y warfarina) se han estudiado individualmente y, en el caso de carabaril y tiabendazol, la mezcla de ambos utilizadno para ello el m\u00e9todo de calibraci\u00f3n multivariante conocido como pls-1 (partial least square).  en el caso de utilizaci\u00f3n de papel cromatogr\u00e1fico como soporte s\u00f3lido, para evitar la necesidad utilizar corriente de gas inerte durante la medida, se ha utilizado dos l\u00e1minas de cuarzo entre las que se coloca la muestra en el momento de efectuar la medida de fosforescencia, obteni\u00e9ndose as\u00ed unos resultados semejantes a los obtenidos conla citada corriente de gas inerte.  como consecuencia del estudio realizado se ha prouesto seis m\u00e9todos de determinaci\u00f3n de los citados pesticidas public\u00e1ndose los resultados en las siguientes revistas cient\u00edficas : the analyst, fresenius j.
