De este modo esperamos obtener variaciones muy grandes en actividad y selectividad para cada uno de los procesos estudiados. Dentro de este objetivo global nos propusimos como diferentes subobjetivos del dise\u00f1o de los varios procesos de inter\u00e9s farmac\u00e9utico, la mayor\u00eda de ellos de inter\u00e9s para la empresa.  a.-Hidr\u00f3lisis enzim\u00e1tica enantioselectiva de a-hidroxi esteres.  1.-Obtenci\u00f3n de ester et\u00edlico del acido (r) 2-hidroxi 4-fenil but\u00edrico(r;hpbe) (precursor del enalapril) \u00f3pticamente puro por hidroloisis enantioselectiva de la mezcla rac\u00e9mica.  2.-Obtenci\u00f3n de los dos esteres \u00f3pticamente puros quirales del acido(r,s) mandelico por hidr\u00f3lisis enantioselectiva.  b.-Obtenci\u00f3n de precursores opticamente puros de paroxetina.  c.-Hidr\u00f3lisis parcial y enantioselectiva de poliesteres de azucares para la obtenci\u00f3n de
