El cierre de la casa de las comedidas en 1694, la erradicaci\u00f3n del teatro, dictada por carlos iii a instancias del obispo yusta navarro y la edificaci\u00f3n del teatro principal en 1,880 son tres  hitos esenciales para conocer el devenir del teatro en c\u00f3rdoba. la tesis \u00abel teatro en c\u00f3rdoba en le primer tercio del siglo xix: casimiro cabo montero\u00bb, estructurada en ocho cap\u00edtulos con introducci\u00f3n, conclusiones, bibliograf\u00eda y un ap\u00e9ndice documental, es un acercamiento al teatro como un proceso de comunicaci\u00f3n que ejemplificamos en un espacio y un tiempo. entre las aportaciones de estas investigaciones encontramos, la localizaci\u00f3n de muchas de las fuentes de historiadores cordobeses del siglo xix, la confirmaci\u00f3n de que los archivos de protocolos notariales son una base de datos ingente, y, por \u00faltimo, el redescubrimiento de casimiro cabo montero, actor, autor y empresario teatral, alrededor del cual gir\u00f3 la
