Con el objeto de relacionar la dinamica de expansion con las propiedades de las laminas crecidas, estas se depositaron en las mismas condiciones experimentales a las que se estudio el plasma. Se discute la composicion, homogeneidad y constantes opticas del material depositado en funcion de la energia cinetica de las especies presentes en el plasma, de los procesos de interaccion que tienen
