Las aleaciones met\u00e1licas amorfas se han fabricado mediante la t\u00e9cnica de pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica. Se han crecido pel\u00edculas delgadas de co76fe4b20 que han sido sometidas a diferentes tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos con el fin de inducir anistrop\u00edas magn\u00e9ticas por ordenamiento de pares. Las anisotrop\u00edas resultantes se han comparado con las anisotrop\u00edas magnetoel\u00e1sticas inducidas en pel\u00edculas crecidas sobre substrtaos de vidrio curvados.  este m\u00e9todo de crecimiento de las aleaciones amorfas es una contribuci\u00f3n original desarrollada en la presente tesis. Las pel\u00edculas crecidas sobre substratos pandeados se ven sometidas a una tensi\u00f3n permanente cuando el substrato recupera su forma plana. Dependiendo de la magnetostricci\u00f3n del material depositado se genera una amisotrop\u00eda magnetoel\u00e1stica que favorece ciertas direcciones para la alineaci\u00f3n de la imanaci\u00f3n.  utilizando esta t\u00e9cnica de inducci\u00f3n de anisotrop\u00edas se han fabricado y analizado pel\u00edculas delgadas y multicapas de fe80b20 y co75si15b10. La aleaci\u00f3n fe80b20 posee magnetostricci\u00f3n alta y positiva mientras que la aleaci\u00f3nde co75si15b10 tiene magnetostricci\u00f3n baja y negativa. Los comportamientos magn\u00e9ticos de las bicapas y multicapas se describen considerando dos fases magn\u00e9ticas con direcciones f\u00e1ciles de imanaci\u00f3n  perpendiculares entre s\u00ed. Aparecen anisotrop\u00edas en el plano de las muestras de diferentes valores, as\u00ed como leves anisotrop\u00edas perpendiculares en ciertas pel\u00edculas.  el trabajo te\u00f3rico presentado en esta tesis ha tenido como objetivo el an\u00e1lisis de las distribuciones de carga electr\u00f3nica en la aleacion ordenada fe50pd50.
