La muestra se ha dividido en funci\u00f3n de las siguientes variables independientes:  1- direcci\u00f3n del le fort  2- grosor labiral inicial del paciente  3- sexo  4- ortodoncia postquir\u00fargica  5- patr\u00f3n facial  utilizando las telerradiograf\u00edas laterales del craneo iniciales, postiquir\u00fargicas inmediatas y psotquir\u00fargicas tard\u00edas, se han evaluado los cambios en la regi\u00f3n nasolabial producidos por el le fort i, as\u00ed como la influencia que las variables independientes tienen en dichos cambios.  tambi\u00e9n se ha hecho un an\u00e1lisis de los diversos
