Adem\u00e1s de las hormonas tr\u00f3ficas (acth, lh y fsh), esta v\u00eda est\u00e1 sometida a un control adicional fino por factores de crecimiento, citoquinas y otros agentes que modulan la expresi\u00f3n en los enzimas de la v\u00eda, en una forma espec\u00edfica de tejido y especie.  en el presente trabajo hemos estudiado los efectos del factor de activaci\u00f3n de las plaquetas (paf: platelet activating factor) sobre la esteroidog\u00e9nesis en dos modelos celualres diferentes: i) las c\u00e9lulas ma-10 que derivan de un tumor de c\u00e9lulas de leydig murino, que tiene receptores funcionales para la lh\/hcg y responden a la hormona, activando la v\u00eda ampc-pka para producir progesterona; ii) las c\u00e9lulas y-1 que derivan de un tumor adrenal de rata con receptores funcionales a acth, acoplados tambi\u00e9n a adenilato ciclasa (ac), pero una respuesta esteroidog\u00e9nica menos pronunciada que las anteriores.  los resultados iniciales del trabajo demuestran que el tratamiento con paf inhibe de forma dosis-dependiente, r\u00e1pida y transitoria la esteroidog\u00e9nesis estimulada con hcg y ampc (dependiendo del modelo usado). Para estudiar los mecanismos celulares y moleculares involucrados en este afecto inhibitorio, hemos utilizado la t\u00e9cnica de rt-pcr (transcripci\u00f3n reversa-re<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
