En la memoria se proponen una serie de experiencias y escenarios relacionados en el concepto de voip (voice over internet protocol), y finalmente se demuestra la efectividad de esta tecnolog\u00eda para enviar voz y datos por la misma linea.  se propone el protocolo tcp\/ip cono una soluci\u00f3n universal para transmitir audio sobre rede de datos. El sistema propuesto se apoya en el est\u00e1ndar h323 desarrolla por la itu (international telecommunication union) para la transmisi\u00f3n de audio sobre redes de datos.  en el an\u00e1lisis del entorno de propagaci\u00f3n se analizan exhaustivamente criterios referentes a la calidad de servicio, a la satisfacci\u00f3n del usuario final, a los tiempos de latencia y jitter, a la interconexi\u00f3n de redes y a la alta y baja densidad. Las conclusiones que se plantean se apoyan asi mismo en experiencias pr\u00e1cticas desarrolladas a tal efecto.  la aportaci\u00f3n de este estudio consiste en la presentaci\u00f3n de un modelo de integraci\u00f3n de est\u00e1ndares y elementos (l\u00f3gicos y f\u00edsicos) que, adem\u00e1s de permitir la transmisi\u00f3n de voz a trav\u00e9s de las redes de datos, concibe el entorno fisico como una \u00fanica estructura y permite su adaptibilidad y escalabilidad en el entorno actual y futuro.  la consecuencia econ\u00f3mica de la aplicaci\u00f3n de este modelo en escenarios reales es
