Illan Cabeza <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han sintetizado y caracterizado desde el punto de vista qu\u00edmico, una serie de nuevas bases de schiff dobles derivadas de la condensaci\u00f3n 1:2 de 2,6-diacetilpiridina dap y 4-metil-2,6-diformilfenol bdf con derivados del 5-aminouracilo. La caracterizaci\u00f3n de los productos de reacci\u00f3n ha permitido observar que las bases de schiff dobles solo se forman en la condensaci\u00f3n con bdf, necesit\u00e1ndose para la condensaci\u00f3n con dap la presencia adicional de alg\u00fan i\u00f3n met\u00e1lico (s\u00edntesis \u00abin template\u00bb). El estudio de la capacidad coordinante de estos compuestos se ha realizado tambi\u00e9n desde un punto de vista te\u00f3rico, utilizando para ello el m\u00e9todo semiemp\u00edrico pm3.  de la reacci\u00f3n de estos derivados org\u00e1nicos con iones met\u00e1licos, se han podido sintentizar y caracterizar unos cuarenta nuevos compuestos de coordinaci\u00f3n; dicha caracterizaci\u00f3n ha incluido el estudio t\u00e9rmico (tg y cdb), espectrosc\u00f3pico (ir, rmn, uv-vis-nir y epr) y medidas de susceptibilidad magn\u00e9tica.  la aplicaci\u00f3n de diversas t\u00e9cnicas de crecimiento cristalino ha permitido aislar monocristlaes de un complejo de cadmio con el ligando dapdaau, que han sido estudiados mediante difracci\u00f3n de rayos x.
