El objetivo del presente estudio es valorar el efecto antiplaquetario de una serie de f\u00e1rmacos que inhiben slectivamente la s\u00edntesis de tromboxano (inhibidores de la tromboxano-sintetasa), as\u00ed como un f\u00e1rmaco (dt-tx 30) que adem\u00e1s de inhibir esta enzima, bloquea los receptores para tromboxano. Se analizaron t\u00e9cnicas de agregometr\u00eda, sintesisi plaquetaria de tromboxano y leucocitaria de prostacilcina, as\u00ed como un m\u00e9todo de perfusi\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea sobre subendotelio vascular.  aspirina y dt-tx 30 mostraron un mayor efecto antiagregante plaquetario que los inhibidores m\u00e1s poetentes de la s\u00edntesisi de tromboxano. Aspirina inhibi\u00f3 la producci\u00f3nde porstaciclina, mientras que el resto de medicamentos la incrementaron. Dt-tx 30 present\u00f3 una mayor sensibilidad en este \u00faltimo efecto.  en condiciones de flujo dt-tx 30 redujo con mayor intensidad la interacci\u00f3n plaqueta-subendotelio, presentando sobre aspirina una clara ventaja tanto cualitativa como cuantitativa.
