El plan de trabajo incluye un trabajo de campo mediante encuestas cursadas a los controladores de ambos \u00e1mbitos, que permite aportar significativas diferencias en el factor humano que hasta el momento no hab\u00edan sido realizadas y que han resultado muy interesantes en el conjunto de las conclusiones presentadas por capitulo y finales. Puede destacarse como una de las realidades que marcan las diferencias entre ambos, que a diferencia del control aereo, el maritimo no expide autorizaciones, limit\u00e1ndose a vigilar y prestar
