Los estudios han sido realizados mediante la tecnica de leed a partir de la comparacion de curvas i-v experimentales con las calculadas teoricamente en este trabajo. Se ha determinado de esta forma, los siguientes sistemas:  &#8211; c (8&#215;2) gaas (100): estructura formada por tres dimeros de ga y una vacante.  &#8211; co\/cu (100); se obtiene una alta cristalinidad en las peliculas de co crecidas sobre el cu, gracias a la estructura fct que el primero adopta.  &#8211; co\/cu (111); la presencia del pb en este sistema induce una unica secuencia de apilamiento fcc para el material depositado, resultando en un surfactante.  &#8211; o\/ni (111); adsorcion en la posicion fcc, con una estructura muy semejante a la de la fase ordenada p (2&#215;2).  tambien se ha realizado la implementacion de un metodo perturbativo (rfs1), que en combinacion con la tecnica de minimizacion \u00abasimmulated annealing\u00bb, resulta idoneo para el problema de
