Se ha demostrado que la fosforilaci\u00f3n de eif-2a y la activaci\u00f3n de nf-kb por pkr juegan un papel en dicho proceso. Adem\u00e1s, se ha comprobado que el complejo ikb quinasa media la activaci\u00f3n de factor de transcripci\u00f3n nf-kd por pkr y que la actividad catal\u00edtica de pkr es necesaria para dicha activaci\u00f3n. Por \u00faltimo se ha visto que la ruta de apoptosis mediada por fadd\/caspasa 8 est\u00e1 involucrada en la inducci\u00f3n de muerte celular programada por pkr.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
