Bayo Moriones <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de la tesis es tratar de explicar a partir de la econom\u00eda de los recursos humanos cu\u00e1les son los factores que determinan la utilizaci\u00f3n en la empresa industrial espa\u00f1ola para remunerar a los trabajadores de producci\u00f3n de los incentivos a la productividad y de los incentivos de planta o de empresa.  para cumplir el objetivo perseguido, el trabajo se estructura en cuatro cap\u00edtulos.  en el primero de ellos se estudia el an\u00e1lisis que de la relaci\u00f3n de empleo, y m\u00e1s en concreto de la conexi\u00f3n entre retribuci\u00f3n y motivaci\u00f3n, se hace de  la econom\u00eda de los recursos humanos.  en el segundo cap\u00edtulo se ordena la evidencia emp\u00edrica existente sobre los factores que influyen en el uso de la retribuci\u00f3n variable.  en el tercer cap\u00edtulo est\u00e1 dedicado a la descripci\u00f3n del proceso de recogida de la informaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como a la obtenci\u00f3n de una visi\u00f3n panor\u00e1mica de la situaci\u00f3n del pago de incentivos en la empresa industrial espa\u00f1ola.  finalmente, en el cuarto cap\u00edtulo se analizan emp\u00edricamente los determinantes e la utilizaci\u00f3n del pago de incentivos en la industria espa\u00f1ola.  entre las conclusiones de la tesis debemos destacar las elevadas diferencias detectadas en el grado de implantaci\u00f3n de los dos programas de incentivos analizados.  tambi\u00e9n conviene se\u00f1alar que mientras que los incentivos a la productividad parecen adptarse en circunstacias favorables a los trabajadores, los de planta o empresa son m\u00e1s habituales en empresas competitivas que han introducido pr\u00e1cticas avanzadas de gesti\u00f3n en \u00e1mbitos como la tecnolog\u00eda, la calidad o la
