{"id":85406,"date":"2018-03-10T00:09:49","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:09:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/preparacion-y-caracterizacion-de-nanoestructuras-de-si-c-n-obtenidas-por-plasma-rf\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:09:49","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:09:49","slug":"preparacion-y-caracterizacion-de-nanoestructuras-de-si-c-n-obtenidas-por-plasma-rf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/preparacion-y-caracterizacion-de-nanoestructuras-de-si-c-n-obtenidas-por-plasma-rf\/","title":{"rendered":"Preparaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de nanoestructuras de si-c-n obtenidas por plasma rf"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Gregorio Viera M\u00e1rmol <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis doctoral han versado sobre la preparaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de sistemas nanoestructurados de si y de sus compuestos con c y n, mediante la tecnolog\u00eda de dep\u00f3sito qu\u00edmico en fase vapor asistido por plasma pecvd, y ha represenado una continuidad a los estudios anteriores sobre nanopart\u00edculas de polvo de si obtenidos por esta t\u00e9cnica.  la primera parte de este trabajo se ha centrado en el estudio de la s\u00edntesis de nanopart\u00edculas basadas en el sistema qu\u00edmico si-c-n a partir de plasmas de rf de sih4+ch4+nh3 de baja presi\u00f3n y baja temperatura, y en la posterior caracterizaci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gica, estructural y qu\u00edmica de estos materiales. Este estudio se ha enfocado hacia el efecto que ejercen los par\u00e1metros tecnol\u00f3gicos del proceso de s\u00edntesis sobre las propiedades de las nanopart\u00edculas. En la mayor\u00eda de los casos, al ajsutar los par\u00e1metros tecnol\u00f3gicos para controlar el tama\u00f1o, se ha tratado de alcanzar una situaci\u00f3n de compromiso que han permitido obtener part\u00edculas nanom\u00e9tricas, con poca dispersi\u00f3n de tama\u00f1o y con m\u00ednmo consumo de energ\u00eda de excitaci\u00f3n y de gas precursos, y al mismo tiempo, con mejores caracter\u00edsticas estructurales. se ha demostrado que se pueden obtener nanopart\u00edculas multicompionenetes basadas en el sistema qu\u00edmico si-c-n, con tama\u00f1o y esterquiometr\u00eda controlados a partir de los par\u00e1metros del plasma. Sin embargo, las nanopart\u00edculas as\u00ed formadas contienen un elevado contenido de hidr\u00f3geno y una elevada porosidad,lo que provoca que \u00e9stas reaccionen con las mol\u00e9culas del ambiente y se oxiden espont\u00e1nemente. Por lo tanto ha sido necesario un tratamiento \u00bb a-posterior\u00bb que mejorara la estructura de las part\u00edculas obtenidas por plasma.  en la segunda parte de este trabajo se han analizado las nanopart\u00edculas de si-c-n sometidas a diversos tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos, con el prop\u00f3sito de conseguir la estabilizaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica de estos materiales y para explorar los posibles
