Pylori incluye sustancias anti\u00e1cidas y dos antibi\u00f3ticos, que pueden ser: metronidazol, claritromicina, amoxicilina y tetraciclina. Si h. Pylori es resistente a alguno de estos antibi\u00f3ticos el n\u00famero  de pacientes curados desciende de manera importante.  el principal problema al realizar pruebas de sensibilidad in vitro a estos antibi\u00f3ticos es que no hay un consenso de los puntos corte de resistencia a cada antimicrobiano.  en este trabajo no se han encontrado cepas resistentes a amoxicilina y tetracicina, se han encontrado un 33% de cepas resistentes a metronidazol y 40% de cepas resistentes a claritromicina aplicando criterios habituales para h.Pylori. Sin embargo, aplicando otros criterios, hay que destacar un 27% ce cepas resistentes a metronidazol seg\u00fan el criterio del nccls para anaerobios, 50% de cepas resistentes a claritromicina seg\u00fan e criterio del nccls para streptococcus, y 33% de cepas resistenes a claritromicina seg\u00fan el criterio del nccls para staphylococus, respecto a amoxicilina hay que destacar, que se han encontrado 16% de cepas con sensibilidad intermedia seg\u00fan el criterio mensura para streptococcus, y 22% de cepas intermedias seg\u00fan el criterio mensura para neumococos.  se han buscado mecanismos de resistencia a metronidazol, para ello lo primero que se ha realizado es la transformaci\u00f3n de cepas sensibles a resistentes, con adn que tienen mutaciones en el gen rdxa, consigui\u00e9ndose en el 35,7% de las cepas probadas.
