La inhibici\u00f3n de la fosdofiesterasa 5 no modifica los niveles basales de gmp c\u00edclico pero los incrementa sin\u00e9rgicamente cuando existe un estimulo d ela guanilato ciclasa. Tambi\u00e9n se demuestra que los agentes que actuan sobare el sistema \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico-gmp c\u00edclico no modifican la neurotransmisi\u00f3n adren\u00e9rgica del conducto deferente humano. El dildenafilo induce una inhibici\u00f3n de la motilidad del conducto deferene humano que no est\u00e1 ligada a la inhibici\u00f3n de la fosfodiesterasa 5, sino que ser\u00edan un efecto  presin\u00e1ptico debido a la hiperpolarizaci\u00f3n producida por la apertura de canales activados por el calcio en la terminal nerviosa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
