en la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica en oocitos de rat\u00f3n cultivados in vitro en concidiones normales, o tras la exposici\u00f3n a los agentes adriamicina (antineopl\u00e1sico), etil-nitrosourea (agente mutag\u00e9nico) o monoetil hexil ftalato (empleado enla fabricaci\u00f3n de pl\u00e1sticos).  los resultados obtendios muestran que adriamicina, enu y el ftalato afectan la variabilidad de los cultivos de oocitos fetales.Estos agentes han mostrado alterar la regulaci\u00f3n de genes que codifican para:  1,- prote\u00ednas de la cadena respiratroia mitocondrial nadh deshidrogenasa, citocrmo o oxidasa.  2,- enzimas que participan en la eliminaci\u00f3n de radicales libres (super\u00f3xido dismutasa).  3,- prote\u00ednas asociadas al transporte de mol\u00e9culas (metaxina y sintaxina).  4,- enzimas que participan en la transcripci\u00f3n y el metabolismo celular (rna polimerasa ii, adenosil metionina sintetasa).  por medio de transfecciones transitorias se ha determinado que las modificaciones en la expresi\u00f3n de algunos de estos genes est\u00e1n generadas por la acci\u00f3n de los agentes sobre sus regiones promotores, lo que representa una aproximaci\u00f3n a la
