En este trabajo se muestra que el estr\u00e9s hiperosmotico moderado, en condiciones en las que la velocidad de crecimiento no resulta afectada a largo plazo, produce una parada transitoria en g1, acompa\u00f1ada de una reduccion de los transcritos de cln1,cln2 y clb5, pero no de cln3. esta reduccion se produce en paralelo a la acumulacion temporal de la proteina cln3, pues resulta estabilizada despues de estr\u00e9s. El estr\u00e9s osmotico moderado provoca un retrase en la entrada en ciclo en cultivos sincronizados en g1. El hecho que este retraso se produzca en condiciones en las que cln3 es la unica ciclina presente indica que este podria ser la proteina diana de los efectos del estr\u00e9s sobre el ciclo celular. Los experimentos in vitro muestran que el estr\u00e9s osmotico moderado produce alteraciones reversibles sobre la interaccion entre cln3 y cdc28 y, en consecuencia, una reduccion de la actividad quinasa asociada a los complejos. El alelo hiperestable cln3-1 no suprime los efectos en g1 causados por el esres osmotico moderado, resultando poco probable la intervencion de una cki. Estos efectos sobre los complejos cln3-cdc28, asi como la estabilizacion transitoria de la proteina cln3 son extrapolables a los efectos causados por el estr\u00e9s termico, hecho que sugiria la existencia de mecanismos similares que provocarian la alteracion sobre los complejos cdc28-cln3 despues del estr\u00e9s termico y osm\u00f3tico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
