{"id":85469,"date":"2018-03-10T00:09:57","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:09:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/retencion-de-prednisolona-por-algunos-materiales-carbonosos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:09:57","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:09:57","slug":"retencion-de-prednisolona-por-algunos-materiales-carbonosos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/retencion-de-prednisolona-por-algunos-materiales-carbonosos\/","title":{"rendered":"Retencion de prednisolona por algunos materiales carbonosos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Eduardo Manuel Cuerda Correa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el presente trabajo, que se presenta como memoria de tesis doctoral, se ha estudiado el proceso de retenci\u00f3n de pednisolona en disoluci\u00f3n etan\u00f3lica por diferentes materiales carbonosos, en concreto por cinco negros de carb\u00f3n y dos carbones activados.  como primer paso se procedi\u00f3 a la puesta a punto del m\u00e9todo anal\u00edtico espectrofotom\u00e9trico de la perdnisolona en el disolvente elegido. A continuaci\u00f3n se plantear\u00f3n los experimentos cin\u00e9ticos mediante dos series. La primera de ellas estuvo encaminada a obtener informaci\u00f3n cerca del orden parcial del procesod e retenci\u00f3n de prednisolona por los diversos adsorbentes carbonosos. la segunda comprendi\u00f3 los experimientos necesarios para calcular las velocidades espec\u00edficas de retenci\u00f3n y las funciones termodin\u00e1micas del activaci\u00f3n del proceso de retenci\u00f3n. Igualmente, a partir de los experimentos cin\u00e9ticos se determin\u00f3 el tiempo de equilibrio del mencionado proceso y se estudi\u00f3 la posble influencia de la difusi\u00f3n en la cin\u00e9tica del procesod e retenci\u00f3nde prednisolona por los diferentes adsorbents carbonosos.  una vez realizado el estudio cin\u00e9tico y conocidos los tiempos de equilibrio, se llevaron a cabo los experimentos necesarios para obtener informaci\u00f3n cuantitativa acerca del equilibrio del proceso. Para ello se plantearon las correspondientes leyes cin\u00e9ticas y, a partir de ellas, se dedujeron las ecuaciones de equilibrio a las cuales se ajustaron los datos experimentales. de este modo se lleg\u00f3 a obtener inforamci\u00f3n referente a la capacidad de retenci\u00f3nd e prednisolona por los diversos adsorbentes carbonosos y  a la constante cin\u00e9tica de equilibrio.  conscientes de la carencia de significaci\u00f3n termodin\u00e1mica de la citada constante cin\u00e9tica de equilibrio, se intent\u00f3 desarrollar una ecuaci\u00f3n que permitiera el c\u00e1lculo de la constante termodin\u00e1mica de equilibrio.
