Dicho modelo contempla los siguientes fen\u00f3menos: difusi\u00f3n de impurezas intersticiales y sustitucionales, segregaci\u00f3n a una capa sumidero, interacci\u00f3n entre impurezas y defectos puntuales, precipitaci\u00f3n y disoluci\u00f3n de impurezas (incluyendo captura en precipitados de ox\u00edgeno), decoraci\u00f3n de trampas asociadas a defectos cristalinos y efecto del engriamiento posterior al proceso de alta temperatura.  el modelo tambi\u00e9n relaciona la contaminaci\u00f3n y el tiempo de vida, descomponiendo \u00e9ste en diferentes contribuciones. El modelo se aplica a diversos casos t\u00edpicos, y se extren concluiones. Por otor lado, la tesis presenta un proceso de fabriaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas con bsf de aluminio localizada, basado en la extracci\u00f3n por f\u00f3sforo y en la inmplementaci\u00f3n sencilla de una uni\u00f3n flotante. Se obtienen eficiencias el 17,6% y voltajes de cirucito abierto que han llegado a 642 mv. Tambi\u00e9n basado en la extracci\u00f3n por f\u00f3sforo se presenta un proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas bifaciales sobre material cz, que da c\u00e9lulas de 17,7-15,2% (iluminaci\u00f3n por cada cara, medida en nrel).
