<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria se desarrollaron m\u00e9todos nuevos de an\u00e1lisis electrofor\u00e9ticos par la determinaci\u00f3n de analitos de dif\u00edcil separaci\u00f3n provenientes de muestras l\u00edquidas y solidas.  para el tratamiento previo de las muestras se acoplaron y automatizaron distintos sistemas de flujo continuo que permitieron llevar a cabo, de manera autom\u00e1tica, reacciones de derivaci\u00f3n , extracciones, preconcentraciones y autom\u00e1tica,reacciones de derivatizaci\u00f3n, extracciones, preconcentraciones y \u00bb clean-up\u00bb de muestras.  a trav\u00e9s de la utilizaci\u00f3n de una interfase mixta, desarrollada por nuestro grupo de investigaci\u00f3n, se logr\u00f3 acoplar de manera autom\u00e1tica dichos sistemas en el equipo de electroforesis capilar, alcanzando un alto grado de robustez y automatizaci\u00f3n del proceso anal\u00edtico.  con este sistema due posible analizar 6 tipos diferentes de muestras, determinando 6 grupos de analitos alcanzando un n\u00famero total de 40 compuestos determinados.  finalmente,los m\u00e9todos propuestos se presentan como una alternativa a los m\u00e9todos cl\u00e1sicos de separaci\u00f3n y constituyen un avance en el desarrollo de m\u00e9todos electrofor\u00e9ticos par el an\u00e1lisis de muestras en los \u00e1mbitos biom\u00e9dicos
