El cociente ganglionar (definido como el n\u00famero de ganglios afectos dividido por el n\u00famero de ganlios desecados), y la sobreexpresi\u00f3n del oncog\u00e9n her-2\/neu fueron factores asociados, con car\u00e1cter independiente, la riesgo de reca\u00edda tras esta terapia.  el modelo resultante, basado en estos factores, se puso a prueba en una segunda muestra de 244 pacientes de similares caracter\u00edsticas, sometidas al mismo tratamiento en otro centro. Mediante este procedimeinto de validaci\u00f3n externa se verific\u00f3 la robustez del modelo.  el modelo segrega res grupos de pacientes condiferentes probabilidades de supervivencia libre de enfermedad (sle) a largo plazo:  1- grupo de bajo riesgo: puntuaci\u00f3n predictiva (basada en el tama\u00f1o tumoral, estatus hormanoal y cociente ganlionar) bja, her-2\/neu negativo (sle superior al 90%).  2- grupo de riesgo intermedio; puntuaci\u00f3n baja, her-2\/neu negativo (sle de aprox. 70%).  3- grupo de riesgo alto: puntuaci\u00f3n alta, cualquier her-2\/neu (sle de aprox.
