{"id":85555,"date":"2000-03-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-03-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/las-aporias-de-la-libertad-en-el-estado-moderno\/"},"modified":"2000-03-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-03-07T00:00:00","slug":"las-aporias-de-la-libertad-en-el-estado-moderno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/filosofia\/las-aporias-de-la-libertad-en-el-estado-moderno\/","title":{"rendered":"Las aporias de la libertad en el estado moderno"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Fernando Longas Uranga <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Desde una perspectiva cr\u00edtica, se propone mostrar que el debate actual sobre la posible realizaci\u00f3n de la libertad como valor pol\u00edtico a partir de la definici\u00f3n de dos modelos contrapuestos de libertad, uno liberal y otro comunitario (libertad negativa y libertad positiva), constituye un saber s\u00f3lo aparente sobre el problema, saber que ha terminado por ocultar la verdadera magnitud del mismo y que el autor identifica con el concepto de apor\u00eda.  con este objetivo, primero, se expone la forma en que la libertad deviene en valor pol\u00edtico mediante el estudio de los principales pensadores pol\u00edticos de la modernidad. En un segundo momento, se da paso a un an\u00e1lisis de la estructura simb\u00f3lica con la que nos representamos la libertad pol\u00edtica, descubriendo que esta conlleva dospromesas diferentes, la de emancipaci\u00f3n y la de autonom\u00eda, ninguna renunciable y que, en cuanto tal, conducen al estado moderno a una desarm\u00f3nica evoluci\u00f3n. Por \u00faltimo, desde tres puntos de vista diferentes(econ\u00f3mico, moral y pol\u00edtico) se despliega un analisis de las apor\u00edas que impiden hoy la realizacion de la libertad como valor
