En este trabajo hemos desarrollado un simulador de este proceso que utiliza la aproximacion de colisiones binarias(bca).  se han mejorado los modelos fisicos existentes hasta el momento tanto para el calculo del frenado nuclear, en el que se hace uso de potenciales interatomica especificos, y universales, como para el c\u00e1lculo de las perdidas inelasticas de energia para la que se han incorporado un modelo de frenado electronico con un unico parametro ajustable dependiente de la combinacion ian-blanco, y de frenado inelastico electr\u00f3n-electron.  se describan las estrategias seguidas para reducir el ruido estadistico en las zonas peor descritos de los perfiles simulados, que junto con la paralelizacion de calculo permiten un considerable chorro de tiempo.  finalmente se contrasta la predictibilidad de simulador empleando diferentes proyectiles con perfiles experimentales de impurezas obtenidos con la tecnica sims.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
