Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La memoria presenta una serie de estudios acerca de los sistemas proteol\u00edticos que afectan a la estabilidad de la histidina descarboxilasa(hdc) de rata, relacionando la implicaci\u00f3nde los fragmentos amino y carboxilo terminales de la prote\u00edna con la depencia por el atp en la degradaci\u00f3n in vitro de la misma. Los estudios de estabilidad se han llevado a cabo en dos sistemas distintos: por otra parte, es un lisado de reticulocitos y, porotra, en un medio reconstituido. Mediante el uso de inhibidores y activadores apropiados se ha demostrado la implicaci\u00f3n de dos sistemas proteol\u00edticos celulares diferentes: el proteasoma 26s y las calpa\u00ednas. Los estudios de relaci\u00f3n estructura\/funci\u00f3n se contin\u00faan con el an\u00e1lisis de la importancia de tres residuos conservados en la actividad enzim\u00e1tica de la hdc.
