Las tres enzimas son prote\u00ednas hexam\u00e9ricas que se ensamblan en estructuras con un canal central y forma de anillo. se ha desarrollado una nueva aplicaci\u00f3n del algoritmo del mapa auto-organizativo que permite detectar diferencias en la simetr\u00eda de las im\u00e1genes de microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian la existencia de un polimorfismo estructural para las tres helicasas, con coexistencia de formas cuaternarias de simetria c3 y c6. Se ha delimitado el ph como el factor que controla este polimorfismo estructural in vitro. Sin embargo, el complejo formado entre dnab y dnac adopta una arquitectura c3, con independencia del valor del ph. La prote\u00edna auxiliar dnac congela a la helicasa dnab en una arquitectura de simetria rotacional de orden 3. La reconstrucci\u00f3n tridimensional de dnab. Dnac a 27 a de resoluci\u00f3n, muestra que tanto dnab como dnac forman dos tr\u00edmeros de d\u00edmeros asim\u00e9tricos que se disponen uno sobre otro y girados entre s\u00ed. El canal central de la helicasa dnab resulta parcialmente ocluido en el complejo, lo que podr\u00eda dar cuenta de su inactivaci\u00f3n en el complejo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
