Gonzalez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudia el comportamiento de la beta-ciclodextrina como formadora de complejos de inclusi\u00f3n en el cual quedan estabilizados los estados singletes y tripletes de las mol\u00e9culas-analitos y protegidas de sustancia atenuadoras. de esta forma es posible aplicar las tr\u00e9cnicas de fluorescencia y fosforescencia para su determinaci\u00f3n cuantitativa mejorando la sensibilidad y selectividad en relaci\u00f3n a otras t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s convencionales.  la parte experimental se ha llevado un protoicolo de optimizaci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros que influyen en la detrminaci\u00f3n anal\u00edtica de naftoles, fluoreno, pireno, fenatrenos y suametobolitos.  la puesta a punto de las t\u00e9cnicas instrumentales a permitido llevar a cabo la
