Angeles Navacerrada Saturio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Do\u00f1a mar\u00eda de los angeles navacerrada saturio ha realizado un trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n con objeto de fabricar y caracterizar uniones josephson de frontera de grano en pel\u00edculas delgadas del superconductor ybacuo. El an\u00e1lisis y la discusi\u00f3n de los datos experimentales se han llevado a cabo en el marco de las teor\u00edas m\u00e1s recientemente publicadas. El trabajo, que se presenta, aporta conclusiones novedosas en el campo investigaci\u00f3n de las uniones josephson. Concretando y resumiendo los aspectos m\u00e1s importantes, cabe se\u00f1alar los siguientes puntos:  1. Crecimiento de pel\u00edculas delgadas de ybacuo y de multicapas ybacuo\/prbacuo con calidad cristalina epitaxial.  2. Puesta a punto de un sistema de caracterizaci\u00f3n corriente-voltaje de uniones josephson a temperatura variable.  3. Fabricaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de uniones josephson sobre substratos bicristalinos.  4. Estudio de las modificaciones inducidas en estas uniones con la t\u00e9cnica de implantaci\u00f3n i\u00f3nica y con procesos de recocido t\u00e9rmico.  5. Fabricaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de dispositivos squid s.  los resultados cient\u00edficos y tecnol\u00f3gicos alcanzados m\u00e1s significativos son:  a. Demostraci\u00f3n de crecimiento epitaxial de superredes ybacuo\/prbacuo con espesores de ybacuo de una sola celda unidad.  b. An\u00e1lisis de los fen\u00f3menos de resonancia en las caracter\u00edsticas de transporte de las uniones josephson para la obtenci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros electromagn\u00e9ticos. demostraci\u00f3n de una nueva \u00abley de escala\u00bb que relaciona par\u00e1metros electromagn\u00e9ticos y geom\u00e9tricos en las uniones.  c. Demostraci\u00f3n de la viabilidad de la t\u00e9cnica de implantaci\u00f3n de iones ligeros como herramienta para modificar las propiedades de las uniones con un notable grado de control. Posibilidad de aumentar la corriente cr\u00edtica de las uniones con esta t\u00e9cnica.  d.
