As\u00ed mismo, se evalu\u00f3 el efecto interferente del contra-i\u00f3n que acompa\u00f1a a los iones sulfato.  b,- icp-aes: el m\u00e9todo se basa en la precipitaci\u00f3n de un i\u00f3n remanente en disoluci\u00f3n (hg), que precipita formando un sulfuro insoluble, determinando el exceso por nebulizaci\u00f3n directa en icp-aes.  l\u00edmite de detecci\u00f3n: 0,21 ug de sulfato, la reproducibilidad registr\u00f3 una d.E.R.: 1,5%. El m\u00e9todo se valid\u00f3 por adici\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar, en un m\u00e9todo indirecto.  haluros de ars\u00e9nico y germanio  mediante un dise\u00f1o de experimentos se evalu\u00f3 y determinaron las variables m\u00e1s influyentes para proceder a su optimizaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan un m\u00e9todo simplex.  el ars\u00e9nico se determin\u00f3 en icp-aes previa volatilizaci\u00f3n como trifluoruro de ars\u00e9nico.
