<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis aporta el estudio de problemas concretos de mucha importancia que deben ser resueltos para la utilizaci\u00f3n de materiales nanoestructurados en aplicacioens pr\u00e1cticas:  1- mecanismos de crecimiento de los poros.  este estudio se realiza mediante el \u00e1nalisis de las estructuras de \u00f3xido de silicio an\u00f3dico formadas en electrolitos compuestos por disoluciones acuosas de \u00e1cido fosf\u00f3rico.  2- el problema de un contacto el\u00e9ctrio estable en la superficie rugosa del silicio poroso.  la tesis plantea por primera vez el m\u00e9todo de la deposici\u00f3n de pol\u00edmeros por evaporaci\u00f3n en vac\u00edo para establecer un contacto el\u00e9ctrico que al mismo tiempo sirva de interfase \u00f3ptica con el silicio poroso.  3- el problema de la degradaci\u00f3n de las propiedades f\u00edsicas del silicio poroso en contacto con la atm\u00f3sfera.  la deposici\u00f3n de pol\u00edmeros en los poros del silicio poroso se pretende que preserve sus propiedades \u00f3pticas y el\u00e9ctricas y a la vez aproveche su sensibilidad para la fabricaci\u00f3n de sensores de gases.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
