{"id":85700,"date":"2000-06-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-06-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/sa%c2%adntesis-de-18-naftiridinas-1710-antiridinas-y-piridazino45-b-18-naftiridinas-polifuncionalizadas\/"},"modified":"2000-06-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-06-07T00:00:00","slug":"sa%c2%adntesis-de-18-naftiridinas-1710-antiridinas-y-piridazino45-b-18-naftiridinas-polifuncionalizadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/sa%c2%adntesis-de-18-naftiridinas-1710-antiridinas-y-piridazino45-b-18-naftiridinas-polifuncionalizadas\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u00edntesis de 1,8-naftiridinas, 1,7,10-antiridinas y piridazino(4,5-b)-1,8-naftiridinas polifuncionalizadas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Vilar Nogues Juan  Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se describen los resultados que a continuaci\u00f3n se detallan:  1- mediante la reacci\u00f3n de friedl\u00ed\u00a4nder, bajo condiciones de cat\u00e1lisis b\u00e1sica y partiendo de la 2-amino-5-ciano-6-etoxi-4-fenil-3-formilpiridina, se han preparado diversas 1,8-naftiridinas sustituidas en las posiciones 6 y\/o 7 y 1,8-naftiridinas policondensadas,utilizando como reactivos compuestos con grupos metileno activados, cetonas c\u00edclicas y heterc\u00edclicas respectivamente.  2- a partir de la 7-cloro-3,6-diciano-2-etoxi-4-fenil-1,8-naftiridina, obtenido por cloraci\u00f3n de la 3,6-diciano-2-etoxi-4-fenil-7-hidroxi-1,8-naftiridina y mediante reacciones de sustituci\u00f3n nucle\u00f3filica se han preparado una serie de naftiridina y mediante reacciones de sustituci\u00f3n nucle\u00f3filica, se han preaprado una serie  de naftiridin-derivados morfol\u00ednicos, piperid\u00ednicos y piperaz\u00ednicos.  3- el tratamiento del naftiridinacarboxilato, 3-ciano-2-etoxi-6-etoxicarbonil-4-fenil-7-metil-1,8-naftiridina con dmfdma\/dmf, nos ha permitido obtener el enaminoester correspondiente, cuyo tratamiento con aminas primarias (alif\u00e1ticas, arom\u00e1ticas y heteroarom\u00e1ticas) permite obtener, en una o dos etapas dependiendo del car\u00e1cter nucle\u00f3filio que el nitr\u00f3geno enam\u00ednico presente en cada caso concreto, una serie de triazaantracenos, 6-oxo-1,7,10-antiridinas sustituidas en la posici\u00f3n 7, sistema heteroc\u00edclicono descrito hasta el momento enla bibliograg\u00eda revisada.  4- el tratamiento del enam\u00ednoester con acefato am\u00f3nico rinde a las 1,7,10-antiridin-6(7h)-ona, que por reacci\u00f3n com compuestos alquilantes, permite obtener otra serie de 1,7,10-antiridinas sustituidas.  5- la reacci\u00f3n de cloraci\u00f3n del compuesto anteriormente mencionado, da lugar a una mezcla dicloro y monocloro derivado antirid\u00ednico, f\u00e1cilmente separables concromatograf\u00eda en columna. En ambos sistemas, el cloro situado en la posici\u00f3n 6 presenta una notable reactividad frente a agentes nucle\u00f3filos. este hecho nos<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
