{"id":85757,"date":"2000-07-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2000-07-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/diseno-de-dispositivos-optoelectronicos-integrados-metodos-numericos-de-simulacion-de-la-propagacion-de-ondas-electromagneticas\/"},"modified":"2000-07-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2000-07-07T00:00:00","slug":"diseno-de-dispositivos-optoelectronicos-integrados-metodos-numericos-de-simulacion-de-la-propagacion-de-ondas-electromagneticas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/diseno-de-dispositivos-optoelectronicos-integrados-metodos-numericos-de-simulacion-de-la-propagacion-de-ondas-electromagneticas\/","title":{"rendered":"Dise\u00f1o de dispositivos optoelectr\u00f3nicos integrados: metodos numericos de simulaci\u00f3n de la propagaci\u00f3n de ondas electromagn\u00e9ticas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> David Jimenez Jimenez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tesis se centra en el desarrollo de metodos num\u00e9ricos para simular la propagaci\u00f3n del campo electromagn\u00e9tico en gu\u00edas de onda, haciendo especial \u00e9nfasis en la investigaci\u00f3n de condiciones de frontera que permitan el flujo de las ondas radiadas hacia el exterior de la regi\u00f3n de c\u00e1lculo. concretamente se hacen las siguientes aportaciones originales: en el m\u00e9todo de ber\u00e9nger se adapta la formulaci\u00f3n al bpm y se demuestra su eficiencia para absorber las ondas radiadas en problemas de guias de onda; en la teor\u00eda de los operadores de higdan se derivan las propiedades de reflexi\u00f3n de estos operadores en el espacio continuo y discreto, y se propone la modificaci\u00f3n de los operadores cuando se utiliza en forumulaci\u00f3n paraxial del bpm; en el metodo de los operadores complementarios se demuestra en complementariedad de los operadores de higdan y se demuestra su eficacia para eliminar las reflexiones artificiales que aparecen en la frontera de la region de calculo; se ha propuesto el metodo de los operadores complementarios extendido, que permite la cancelaci\u00f3n adicional de las reflexiones de orden dos en determinados problemas. Para las condiciones de frontera anteriores se presenta un estudio comparativo, introduciendo varios experimentos num\u00e9rica y de la eficiencia computacional.  con el objetivo de mostrar la utilizaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica de estos m\u00e9todos num\u00e9ricos en el proceso de dise\u00f1o de un dispositivo, se propone el dise\u00f1o de un sensor optico integrado, en tecnolog\u00eda de silicio, para la medida de indices de refracci\u00f3n. El sensor se basa en la gu\u00eda arrow y utiliza la interferometr\u00eda como t\u00e9cnica de deteci\u00f3n. Como novedad principal se introduce una capa de nitruro de silicio sobre la estructura arrow, que permite un aumento notable de la sensibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
