del canal l parece ser muy heterog\u00e9nea y distinta de la bien conocida modulaci\u00f3n de canales n y p\/q por neurotransmisores, mediada por preven\u00edas g, en la presenta tesis doctoral nos hemos propuesto los siguientes objetivos:  1,- caracterizar la posible existencia de un mecanismo autocrino\/paracrino modulador de la actividad de los canales de ca2+ del tipo l en c\u00e9lulas cromatinas.  2,- caracterizar la posible dependencia de voltaje de la modulaci\u00f3n de canales l por productos de secr4eci\u00f3n end\u00f3genos en c\u00e9lulas cromafines.  3,- caracterizar el mecanismo \u00edntimo de modulaci\u00f3n de los canales de ca2+ de tipo l en c\u00e9lulas cromafines.  4,-  caracterizar las posibles implicaciones fisopatol\u00f3gicas de la modulaci\u00f3n de canales tipo l por productos de secreci\u00f3n end\u00f3genos en c\u00e9lulas cromafines.  en virtud a los resultados expuestos a lo largo de la tesis, y de su an\u00e1lisis,podemos extraer las siguientes conclusiones:  1,- los canales de ca2+ voltaje-dependientes de la c\u00e9lula cromaf\u00edn se modulan de forma autocrina\/pacrina ( figura 30) por los productos liberados durante el proceso secretor.  las catecolaminas, el atp y los p\u00e9otidos opioides parecen ser los responsables de esa modulaci\u00f3n.  2,- el canal de ca2+ del subtipo l en c\u00e9lulas cromafines presenta una modulaci\u00f3n por neurotransmisores caracterizada por una disminuci\u00f3n de la corriente total, sin modificaci\u00f3n en las cin\u00e9ticas de activaci\u00f3n -inactivaci\u00f3n: esta modulaci\u00f3n es voltaje independiente y mediada por un mecanismo dependiente de prote\u00ednas g, sensibles a ptx.  3,- esta modulaci\u00f3n del canal l modificado por bay k 8644 se caracteriza por una marcada disminuci\u00f3n de la probabilidad de apertura del cana, sin cambios en las cin\u00e9ticas de activaci\u00f3n, conductancia del canal y tiempo medio de apertura.  4,- la modulaci\u00f3n an\u00f3mala de los canales de ca2+ puede conducir a una entrada indiscriminada de ca2+ y ser la causa del comportamien<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
