En esta tesis probamos una version \u00abdeformada\u00bb de esta correspondencia para fibrados vectoriales g-equivariantes en el producto de una variedad kahler compacta x por una variedad de bandera g\/p, esto es, el cociente de un grupo de lie complejo semisimple g por un subgrupo parabolico p. La deformaci\u00f3n esta definida de manera natural por la condici\u00f3n de equivariancia del fibrado.  el estudio de soluciones invarientes a la ecuaci\u00f3n de hermite-einstein \u00abdeformada\u00bb en xxg\/p da lugar, por tecnicas de reducci\u00f3n dimensional, a ecuaciones gauge en x. Estas son ecuaciones para m\u00e9tricas en un conjunto de fibrados holomorfos en x conectados por morfismos, que definen un \u00abcarcaj\u00bb cuya estructura esta determinada por el subgrupo parabolico p.
