Nuestro m\u00e9todo se conoce con el nombre de asep y se caracteriza fundamentalmente por la combinaci\u00f3nde simulaciones de din\u00e1mica m\u00f3lecular con c\u00e1lculos cu\u00e1nticos de   alto nivel de precisi\u00f3n., Los resultados encontrados ponen claramente de manifiesto la validez de nuestro procedimeinto para el estudio de sistemas han complejos como lo son aquellos en los que existen asociaciones por puentes de hidr\u00f3geno, de gran importancia tanto en qu\u00edmica como en bioqu\u00edmica. igualmente proporciona \u00f3ptimos resultados para el tratamiento de
